Team Leader and President of Novel Management, brings extensive and diverse experience from both corporate and private sectors. Before founding Novel, her career spans across retail management operations, hospitality, residential property management, marketing operations, and digital advertising. Sofia has supported entrepreneurs, small business owners, and C-suite executives in senior roles such as project management, executive administration, and most recently head of operations. Passionate about building high-performing teams and supporting others, She excels at bridging executive priorities with work delivery, ensuring comprehensive plans that maximize mission and revenue generation. In her free time, Sofia enjoys spending her time with her family, creating new dishes in the kitchen, exploring new cuisines, traveling and networking with innovative thinkers.
